The future EMEA Business Development Director will lead our regional sales and business development successfully, create new business opportunities, revenue generation and growth of our customers in the assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • EMEA Business Development Director , focused on efforts to identify, create, and pursue targeted business opportunities, and lead all sales activities E2E
  • Establish regional sales objectives with projected sales volumes, and forecasting and developing sales targets per customer
  • Grow revenues and enhance customer growth, communication, and overall satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and effectively promote NeoGames’ iGaming and iLottery solutions to grow existing portfolio and help our customers prosper
  • Develop and implement a regional sales program, with corresponding sales collateral material, bid preparation, and Win Strategies
  • Design strategic positioning programs, bridge / cross-selling campaigns, and a team approach toward accomplishing goals
  • Positively contribute to team effort by expanding our scope of services and exceeding financial targets

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading successful sales in EMEA region
  • B2B Sales in the iLottery / iGaming industry- must
  • Strong analytical and business skills
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Self-starter and highly motivated to make things happen!
  • Strong network of connections across the industry
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30%)
