IT Help Desk – 1086

Neogames, a world-leading provider of solutions and services for iLottery and iGaming operators, is looking for a HelpDesk to join our office support team. The candidate will be a part of the IT Department which engages in all aspect on hardware and software infrastructure. The main Technologies that he will work with are: Microsoft based workstations and servers.

Responsibilities

  • Install office hardware and software.
  • Support company employees with any IT related issue.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as HelpDesk (army experience is OK)
  • Experience with windows Active Directory environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft office software.
  • Excellent English.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a strong customer service attitude.
  • Fast & self-learner,  team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, motivated.
  • Ability to be on Call 24/7

Experience with the following subjects is a big advantage

  • Understanding of domain logon scripts
  • Experience with IP PBX or any other telephony service
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • An understanding of information security, VPN Clients, web filtering systems.
