Neogames, for its subsidiary Aspire Global, is hiring Legal Counsel for legal work across the whole Aspire Group.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an in house attorney handling the business legal needs
  • Draft, negotiate, structure, implement, manage, and monitor a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer services agreements, master service agreements, and service level agreements
  • Review and negotiate international vendor contracts to make sure they are in line with our policies and do not include risks we are not willing to accept.
  • Advise company on litigation matters with respect to gaming markets
  • Advise company on business partners of contractual rights and obligations, provide interpretation of terms and conditions, and ensure contractual commitments comply with applicable laws while limiting risks relating to that for the company.
  • Compliance with local and international laws and regulations for our line of business by implementing policies and processes.
  • Watch and monitor legal and regulatory changes that are relevant to the business.
  • Maintaining our General Terms & Conditions
  • Risk assessment and risk mitigation on a company level
  • Contribution to group level legal responsibilities
  • Team member on Neogames group legal team

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience as Legal Counsel. Advantage if you have experience with the gaming industry. 
  • Experience working in the gaming industry
  • English - Native
  • Experience with software licensing and other intellectual property agreements
  • Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous, Excellent communication skills, Self-starter
  • Fast learner with experience improving processes and creating good relationships with multiple departments
  • Experience creating high quality and articulate English documentation
  • Capable of self-management and delivery on time and on quality
